RTIE Labs builds realtime infrastructure, developer tools, and licensed product surfaces. We collect the information needed to operate those services, respond to inquiries, secure accounts, and improve the platform.

For production customers, tenant data is scoped by workspace and handled according to the customer contract, module configuration, and applicable data-processing terms.
